Amy Zhang joined Presidio Investors as Chief Financial Officer

San Francisco, CA, September 4, 2018 – Presidio Investors (“Presidio”), a lower middle-market buyout
firm based in San Francisco, CA, is pleased to announce that Amy Zhang has joined its team as the
Chief Financial Officer. Amy is a CPA and has deep experience in fund accounting and reporting. Prior
to Presidio, Amy spent time at both PricewaterhouseCoopers and EisnerAmper, with a focus on
financial services. She holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the Carroll Graduate School of
Management at Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the School of
Management at Sun Yat-sen University.
